Privacy Policy

This site (chairsensei.com) is operated by ChairSensei. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit and how it's used.

Email signup

If you submit your email address to get the free guide, it is collected through Netlify Forms (our website host) and used to send you the guide and occasional workout emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. We do not sell or share your email address.

The workout builder

If you use the “Build My Workout” tool, the text you type and the options you tick are sent to Anthropic, which operates the AI model that assembles your session, and are processed under Anthropic’s privacy policy. Please don’t enter medical details, names, or anything else you would not want to send to a third party — a short description of how you feel is all the tool needs. We do not store what you type.

Advertising

This site may show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

YouTube links

Clicking any workout day takes you to YouTube, which has its own privacy policy and terms, separate from this site.
